For personalized tumblers:
Within 48 business hours, we’ll contact you to finalize design details (e.g., inspiration photos, favorite colors, fonts, or decals).
Designs typically take 4–8 weeks (not including shipping). Progress photos will be sent to ensure satisfaction.
Once finalized, the remaining balance and shipping fees will be due. Your tumbler will ship within 24 business hours of payment.
Important: All personalized orders are non-refundable. Design changes during the process may incur additional fees.
